摘要：El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la interacción entre la conducta verbal de los entrenadores y las acciones de juego en un deporte colectivo. Para ello se analizaron veinte partidos de categoría sénior, junior y cadete de balonmano masculino. La conducta verbal aportada por los entrenadores se codificó a través del CAIS (Coach Analysis and Intervention System; Cushion, Harvey, Muir y Nelson, 2012). Acerca de las acciones de juego, 19 acciones fueron codificadas y agrupadas en positivas y negativas en función de sus consecuencias para el rendimiento del equipo. Se obtuvieron diferencias significativas en la conducta verbal de los entrenadores en función de las acciones (positivas o negativas) realizadas en los momentos previos a éstas. Después de acciones positivas los entrenadores aportaron mayor feedback positivo general y específico, instrucción, información, ánimo y elogio. Por el contrario, después de acciones negativas los entrenadores aportaron más feedback negativo general y específico, feedback correctivo, regaño, gestión directa y análisis de protocolo verbal. El conocimiento de aspectos del comportamiento verbal de los entrenadores en función de las acciones de juego es útil para implementar intervenciones para la mejora de estas conductas en competición.
其他摘要：The aim of this study was to analyse the interaction between coaches’ verbal behaviour and game actions in a team sport. For this purpose, twenty matches of Senior, Junior and Cadet male handball were analysed. Verbal behaviour provided by coaches was coded using the CAIS (Coach Analysis and Intervention System; Cushion, Harvey, Muir and Nelson, 2012), in which two categories were added: to alert and to provide information. Regarding game actions, 19 actions were coded and grouped into positive and negative. Statistically significant differences were obtained to coaches’ verbal behaviour depending on the result (positive or negative) of game actions. After positive actions, coaches provided more general and specific positive feedback, instruction, information, encouragement, and praise. On the other hand, after negative actions coaches provided more general and specific negative feedback, corrective feedback, scold, direct management, and verbal protocol analysis. Knowledge of coaches’ verbal behaviour based on game actions is useful for implementing interventions to improve these behaviours in competition.
