摘要：Este trabajo se propone analizar si existen diferencias entre víctimas y no víctimas de mobbing en relación con ciertos rasgos de su personalidad y algunas características del entorno organizativo. Para ello, se ha seleccionado una muestra formada por 256 personas -128 víctimas y 128 no víctimas- del ámbito universitario. Los resultados indican que las víctimas de mobbing sufren en mayor medida que las no víctimas los síntomas asociados al trastorno de ansiedad generalizada, al tiempo que se consideran diferentes en ciertos rasgos que caracterizan su comportamiento. Además, el ambiente laboral en el que trabajan las víctimas se percibe como más nocivo que el de las no víctimas. El estudio contribuye a una mejor caracterización de los procesos de mobbing, y confirma algunos de los resultados obtenidos por otros investigadores en relación con sus antecedentes.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to find out whether there are differences between victims and non-victims of bullying, with regard to certain personality traits and characteristics of workplace. In order to carry out this study, a sample of 256 people -128 victims and 128 non-victims- was taken from the university sector. Results indicate that victims are more likely to suffer from symptoms associated with general anxiety and that they see themselves differently from non-victims. Furthermore, victims perceive their workplace to be a more harmful environment, as compared to non-victims. The study contributes to a better understanding of workplace bullying, confirming some of the results obtained by other researchers in relation to its causes.
