标题：CARACTERÍSTICAS SOCIODEMOGRÁFICAS Y DE LA VIOLENCIA DE PAREJA EN MUJERES MALTRATADAS CON TRASTORNO DE ESTRÉS POSTRAUMÁTICO: UN ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE VÍCTIMAS ESPAÑOLAS, INMIGRANTES Y MEXICANAS
摘要：Se analizan las características sociodemográficas y de la violencia en un grupo de mujeres españolas, mexicanas e inmigrantes con trastorno de estrés postraumático como consecuencia del maltrato sufrido. El perfil sociodemográfico señala que son mujeres de mediana edad, separadas del agresor, pertenecientes a un estrato socioeconómico medio-bajo, en situación de precariedad laboral, con un nivel educativo medio y aisladas socialmente. Destaca la severidad, la prolongada duración, la instauración temprana en la relación de pareja y la alta frecuencia del maltrato. Se ha encontrado un mayor porcentaje de mujeres mexicanas e inmigrantes víctimas de violencia sexual. Asimismo, en las mujeres españolas se observó una mayor disponibilidad de apoyo social y una mayor dependencia económica respecto al agresor. Los antecedentes personales y familiares y la extensión del maltrato a los hijos son más frecuentes en las mujeres mexicanas. Se apuntan algunas conclusiones para la actuación ante este problema.
其他摘要：Violence and the sociodemographic characteristics of the victims were analyzed in a group of Spanish, Mexican and immigrant battered women with posttraumatic stress disorder. They were middle-age women, separated from the aggressor, coming from a low average socioeconomic status, underemployed, with an average educational level and socially isolation. Domestic violence was characterized by severity, the length of violence, the early establishment of the relationship and the high frequency of abuse. The percentage of Mexican and immigrant women who were victims of sexual violence is higher. Spanish women showed higher social support and also had a bigger economical dependency towards the aggressor. Personal and family background of aggression, as well as violence against children, were more frequent in Mexican women.
