摘要：Aun cuando en el ámbito nacional se reconoce que existen conceptos, principios y procedimientos del aprendizaje que todo docente debe incluir en su práctica cotidiana, las actividades para lograrlo continúan siendo insuficientes en calidad y cantidad. Aunado a lo anterior y en el ámbito del aprendizaje virtual, la investigación además de ser incipiente es deficiente en mecanismos que hayan mostrado ser responsables de aprendizajes de calidad. De aquí que este trabajo aborde nociones y herramientas cognitivas que han mostrado ser útiles a la modelación del aprendizaje, particularmente en Educación Superior. Estas nociones han sido usadas en la construcción de un sistema experto, una red neuronal, dos tutores inteligentes y un Meta tutor.
其他摘要：Even though it is recognized within the national field that there are learning concepts, principles and procedures that every educator must include in his/her professional practice, the activities to reach such goal are insufficient in quality and quantity. Moreover, when it comes to virtual learning, research is poor and rudimentary in incorporating mechanisms that have shown to be responsible for quality learning. Hence, this work addresses cognitive notions and tools that have demonstrated to be useful to model learning, especially en higher education. These notions have been used in the construction of an expert system, a neuronal network, two intelligent tutors and a meta tutor.
