摘要：El concepto de internacionalidad de las publicaciones científicas está ganando cada vez más importancia y ha sido utilizado desde hace varias décadas como indicador de su calidad. Cada vez se valora más haber publicado en las revistas internacionales utilizando incluso este criterio para evaluar la producción científica. Sin embargo, la mayoría de las veces no se define explícitamente qué es una revista internacional dando lugar a la confusión de términos. El presente estudio pretende solucionar esta situación analizando las tres revistas iberoamericanas incluidas en el ISI según el nivel de internacionalidad siguiendo los criterios del índice de internacionalidad. Este estudio puede resultar una guía muy útil para poder incrementar los niveles de internacionalidad en el futuro.
其他摘要：The concept of international importance in scientific publications is increasingly utilized as a measure of a publication¿s quality. Publications in international journals have become crucial and are increasingly used as an index of scientific productivity. Nevertheless, concrete definitions of the concept of international importance are rarely offered, resulting in terminological confusion. The present study attempted to resolve the situation by analyzing the international level of three Iberoamerican journals included in the Web of Science® according to the criteria of the internationality index. The present study provides a useful guide for journal editors who are seeking to increase the level of internationality in their journals.
