摘要：Los sistemas de salud en algunos países de América Latina experimentan, en la actualidad, importantes reformas dirigidas a elevar la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad de su funcionamiento. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente artículo es identificar dichas reformas en el contexto de la descentralización político-administrativa en Latinoamérica, que se adelanta desde la década de los 90. Al respecto, la revisión documental que sirve de base al estudio, permite identificar algunas experiencias dirigidas a mejorar la prestación de los servicios de salud en algunos países de la región. Si bien se evidencian avances positivos en cuanto a la descentralización en salud, muchos son todavía los obstáculos a vencer y éxitos a consolidar para elevar y fortalecer el funcionamiento de los sistemas de salud de América Latina
其他摘要：Health systems in some Latin American countries are presently undergoing important reforms directed towards elevating functional efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. In this sense the object of this paper is to identify these reforms within the context of the political-administrative decentralization which is in process since the 1990s in Latin America. In this regard, a documentary review served as a base for the study, allowing for the identification of certain experiences directed towards improving the health services offered in certain countries within the region. There is evidence of positive advances in relation to decentralization of health services, but there are still many obstacles to overcome and advances that need consolidation in order to elevate and strengthen the functioning of health systems in Latin America
