摘要：En el trabajo se analiza la figura docente de escuelas rurales en Andalucía, centrándose en las percepciones sobre su labor y en la formación que ha recibido para trabajar según las peculiaridades de la multigraduación en la etapa educativa de Educación Primaria. Los resultados de la investigación muestran los cambios que los prejuicios de los docentes sufren hacia este tipo de escuelas y de cómo se modifican las actitudes y predisposiciones con el paso del tiempo. También se confirma la inexistencia de una formación inicial adecuada para ser docente en el contexto escolar rural, no habiéndose proporcionado la dotación didáctica necesaria para trabajar en colegios que son de paso obligado para la mayoría del profesorado. Además, los resultados ponen de relieve la necesidad de generar formación in situ cuando se toma contacto con las situaciones de enseñanza específicas de la escuela rural.
其他摘要：The proposed work analyses the role of the teacher in rural schools in Andalusia, concentrating on the attitudes that exist and the training he has received to enable him to carryout his work in the environment of multigrade classes in primary education. The results of the investigation show the evolution of the prejudices the teacher has suffered in this type of school and how they are tending to change with the passage of time. The non-existence of adequate initial training for the environment of the rural school is also confirmed, and hence not providing the educational legacy to work in schools which are only enforced stepping stones for most teachers. Furthermore, there is a need to compliment initial training with in-situ instruction when first experiencing the special situation of the rural school.
