标题：DIFERENCIAS EN LAS ESTRATEGIAS DE AFRONTAMIENTO DE ACUERDO A VARIABLES SOCIODEMOGRÁFICAS Y EL TIEMPO DE DIAGNÓSTICO EN PACIENTES HIPERTENSOS DEL CENTRO MÉDICO CORPAS NIZA
摘要：Esta investigación es de tipo descriptivo, de corte comparativo, se identificaron las estrategias de afrontamiento de 53 pacientes hipertensos que asisten al Centro Médico Corpas Niza, para ello se utilizó la escala de Estrategias de Coping Modificada, EEC-M realizada por Londoño, Henao, Puerta, Posada, Arango & Aguirre (2006). El estudio se realizó teniendo en cuenta variables como: género, edad, escolaridad y tiempo de diagnóstico. El análisis de resultados se realizó a partir del análisis descriptivo, la comparación de medias a través de la prueba T y el análisis Anova y múltiples comparaciones con la prueba post hoc. No se encontraron diferencias significativas en las estrategias de afrontamiento, excepto en la estrategia denominada expresión de la dificultad de afrontamiento. Sin embargo, la estrategia más utilizada por la muestra fue religión y la menos utilizada fue reacción agresiva.
其他摘要：This research of descriptive type, of comparative cut, the strategies were identified the strategies of coping of 53 hypertense patients who are present at the Medical Center Corpas Niza, for it was used it the scale of Strategies of Modified Coping, EEC-M carried out by Londoño, Henao, Puerta, Posada, Arango & Aguirre (2006). The study was carried out keeping in mind variables as: gender, age, schooling and time of diagnostic. The analysis of results was carried out starting from the descriptive analysis, the comparison of stockings through the test T and the analysis Anova and Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons. They were not significant differences in the coping strategies, except in the strategy denominated expression of the coping difficulty. However the strategy more used by the sample it was religion and the fewer used it was aggressive reaction.
