摘要：Desde hace algunos años la práctica del urbanismo y el ordenamiento territorial están observando el surgi-miento de numerosas iniciativas y proyectos en territorios históricamente marcados por actividades produc-tivas (industriales, extractivas), actualmente en declive económico y urbano. Estos paisajes culturales estánadoptando nuevos instrumentos de revalorización y revitalización territorial conocidos genéricamente comoparques patrimoniales. La investigación El patrimonio y otros recursos culturales en la estimulación deldesarrollo territorial, actualmente en desarrollo, ha sometido a estudio a un numeroso grupo de estas inicia-tivas de revalorización y revitalización de paisajes culturales, desde la perspectiva del patrimonio como unrecurso estrechamente vinculado con el territorio. Los proyectos analizados nos muestran cómo los recursospatrimoniales de estos territorios están siendo identificados, protegidos, realzados y promovidos para reforzarlas economías locales mediante el aumento del turismo patrimonial, la creación de empleo en servicios y elestímulo de nuevas sociedades público-privadas para nuevas oportunidades de inversión.
其他摘要：Since some years the urban and regional planning is observing the rise of numerous initiatives and projects interritories historically marked by productive activities (industrial, extractives), actually in urban and economicslope. These cultural landscapes are adopting new instruments of revaluation and territorial revitalizationacquaintances generic as heritage parks. The investigation Heritage and cultural resources in the regionaldevelopment, in course, has submitted to study to a numerous group of these initiatives of revaluation andrevitalization of cultural landscapes, since the perspective of the heritage as a resource narrowly linked withthe territory. The projects analyzed show us how the heritage resources of these territories are being identifying,protected, highlighted and promoted to reinforce the local economies by means of the increase of the heritagetourism, the creation of employment and the stimulus public-private of new companies for new opportunitiesof investment.
