摘要：El objetivo principal de este estudio es conocer la sensibilidad de los apoderados frente a cinco dimensionesde calidad y analizar la existencia de segmentos entre los ciclos básico y medio respecto a la calidad de losservicios ofrecidos por una institución educacional, utilizando análisis factorial.Los resultados de este estudio permiten visualizar la existencia de dos dimensiones de calidad relevantes,una relacionada con atributos de atención proporcionada por el personal de la institución y la otra relaciona-da con atributos de infraestructura. No se observaron diferencias entre los apoderados de los ciclos básico ymedio, respecto de las medidas de calidad.Este estudio permite distinguir de manera objetiva las sensibilidades que presentan los apoderados frentea la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos por una institución educacional.
其他摘要：The main goal of this study is to use factor analysis to analyze the sensibility of the parents with regard to fivequality dimensions and to analyze the existence of segments between the elementary and secondary cycleswith respect to the quality of the services offered by an educational institution.The results of this study allow to visualize the existence of two relevant quality dimensions, one related toattributes of attention supplied by the staff of the institution and the other one related to infrastructureattributes. Differences with respect to the measures of quality were not observed among the parents of theelementary and secondary cycles.The study allows to distinguish objectively the sensibility that present the parents in front of the qualityof the services offered by an educational institution.
