摘要：El presente artículo resume algunas formas de medida de la diversificación corporativa y expone una forma demedir la dirección de la diversificación a través de tres dígitos de la Clasificación Nacional de ActividadesEconómicas (CNAE) de España. Estos dígitos se encuentran codificados en forma de índices y, de esta forma,permiten ver la dirección de la diversificación. Estos índices fueron elaborados a partir de este artículo y contócon la colaboración de la Fundación Sepi (Sociedad de Participaciones Industriales) a través de la Encuesta sobreEstrategias Empresariales (ESEE). Finalmente, se presenta una tabla que permiten ver la distribución de lasempresas diversificadas en los diferentes sectores industriales españoles a partir de los índices antes menciona-dos, para el período 1991-2000.
其他摘要：The present article summarizes some measure forms of corporate diversification, and also a form is exposedas a way of measuring the direction of the diversification through the three digits of the National Classificationof Economic Activities (CNAE) of Spain, which are coded in form of indexes and, in this way, they allow usto see the direction of the diversification. These indexes were elaborated starting from this article and it hadthe collaboration of the Fundación Sepi through the Survey Managerial Strategies (ESEE). Finally, a chart ispresented that allows to see the distribution of the diversified firms in the different spanish industrial sectorsfrom the indexes mentioned above for the period 1991-2000.
