摘要：El objetivo central del presente papel de trabajo es analizar el tipo de relación que el hombre ha mantenido con la técnica a partir del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC), y proponer una reflexión sobre los límites éticos impuestos a estas últimas. También muestra una aproximación teórica a las dimensiones éticas del poder de la técnica y de la imposibilidad de conformar un criterio preciso y único de tecnociencia y de la acción para decidir sobre proyectos humanos capaces de satisfacer las necesidades cada vez más imperativas del poder técnico que el mismo hombre creó. Se hace especial hincapié en aspectos relacionados con la dimensión sociocultural de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación y el tipo de saberes y capacidades que se derivan de su introducción, uso y transformación, especialmente Internet, que ha provocado profundos cambios en la práctica profesional del periodismo.
其他摘要：The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship of man with the technology by using the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and to propose a reflection on the ethical limits imposed to them. This paper also cover a theoretical approach of the ethical dimensions of technology power and the impossibility to create a precise and unique techno-science criterion and the action to decide on the human projects that can satisfy the more and more imperative needs of the technical power that the man himself has created. The matters related to the socio-cultural dimensions of the Information and Communication Technologies and the type of knowledge and abilities derived from their introduction, use and transformation, specially the Internet, which has caused deep changes in the professional practice of the journalism have been highlighted.
