摘要：El propósito del presente artículo, es presentar la metodología del Análisis de Riesgo Cuantitativo (ARC), que tiene como fin, la revisión cuantitativa de los riesgos que pueden presentarse en la industria de Procesos Petroquímicos. Esta investigación es de tipo documental y hemos utilizado una metodología de carácter uniforme y consistente; con ella pueden evitarse riesgos que ocasionen pequeños incidentes frecuentes de bajas consecuencias, hasta incidentes de mayores magnitudes y poco comunes. La misma ha probado ser valiosa como instrumento gerencial en la actuación de la seguridad total en el sector Industrial, específicamente las que llevan a cabo Procesos Químicos (CPI) y Petroquímicos. Dicha herramienta, ayuda al ingeniero a cuantificar los distintos riesgos que pueden ocurrir en el sector petroquímico y la disminución de los mismos; con esto logramos el resultado más puntual, el resguardo de la Seguridad en el área Industrial.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to present the methodology of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), the purpose of which is the quantitative review of the risks that can be present in the industry of petroleum chemical processes. This research is documentary, and the methodology is uniformand consistent with it, and shows that risks that causes mall frequent incidents of low consequences, up to incidents of major magnitudes can be avoided. The methodology has been proven to be valuable as a managerial instrument in the performance of total safety in the Industrial sector, specifically in the Chemical Processes Industry (CPI) and petro chemical area. This methodology helps the engineer to quantify the different risks that can occur in the petrochemical sector and to decrease the same, and with this we achieve more precise results in the maintenance of security in the industrial area.
