摘要：A continuación se presenta una reflexión propositiva de lo que debe ser un Sistema Articulado de Bienestar Universitario, cuyos fundamentos se centran en una actuación conjunta. Ello se ha venido configurando desde un criterio teórico-estructural fundamentado en las conceptuaciones de intervención biopsicosocial en red, y en los sistemas y funciones estructurales desde lo práctico-interventivo, a lo cual se articulan la lógica sistémica y las ideas de cibernética de segundo orden. El Sistema gira en la relación de ejes, nodos y vínculos. Los ejes son: Educación y Formación, Participación Comunitaria, Comunicación Social, Atención Biopsicosocial, Investigación y Evaluación, y Administración, Gestión y Autogestión. Estos articulan los nodos de: Atención Médica y Odontológica, Deportes, Lúdica y Recreación, Extensión y Producción Cultural, Apoyo y Gestión Estudiantil, Salud Ocupacional, Promoción de la Salud y Prevención, Gestión del Talento Humano. Los vínculos corresponden a: los procesos de salud, movilización y participación, calidad de vida y desarrollo humano y política institucional articulada a la política nacional de Bienestar Universitario. En este sentido, la implicación es transcurrir de una lógica funcional de integración a una actuación conjunta y sistémica, en los que se minimizan esfuerzos múltiples y se maximiza el impacto de las acciones, en la tendencia de un sistema autoproductivo.
其他摘要：This is a propositional reflection on what an articulated system of university welfare should be, whose foundations are centered on an integrated participation. This has been taking form from a theoretical–structural point of view based on the concepts of an integrated Biopsychosocial participation, and on the systems and structural functions from the practical intervention, and this is all articulated to the systemic logic and the ideas of cybernetic of second order. The system is centered on the relation of the fundamental idea, nodes, and links. The fundamental ideas are: education and training, community participation, social communication, biopsychosocial attention, research and evaluation, administration, management and self–management. These articulate the nodes of: medical and dental attention, ports, leisure and recreation, extension and cultural production, support and student management, occupational health and prevention, human resources management. The links correspond to: health processes, movilization and participation, quality of life and human development, and university policy articulated to the national policy of university welfare. In this manner, the implication is to go from a functional logic of integration to a systemic integrated participation where multiple efforts decrease and the impact of actions increase, toward the tendency of a self–productive system
