摘要：El objetivo de nuestro trabajo se centra en conocer los niveles de Clima y Orientación Motivacional, Compromiso Deportivo, Percepción de Control y Burnout en jóve- nes futbolistas y analizar si existen diferencias entre las distintas categorías.Para ello, se adminis- tró el cuestionario de Clima Motivacional Percibido en el Deporte (PMCSQ-2), el Cuestionario de Percepción de Éxito (POSQ), el Cuestionario de Compromiso Deportivo (SCQ), y un con- junto de ítems para valorar la percepción de control a 98 futbolistas masculinos de un club de fútbol de Uruguay.El nivel de burnout se evaluó mediante el Inventario de Burnout para Deportistas (IBD).Los resultados arrojaron que un 75% de los jugadores se situaban en la zona ambigua en alguna de las dimensiones del IBD, siendo la dimensión de Agotamiento Emocional la que mostraba más casos.Los futbolistas más jóvenes fueron los que evidenciaron mayor per- cepción de control en la superación de dificultades, y también en algunas dimensiones del Compromiso Deportivo.No hubo diferencias entre las categorías en las dimensiones que evalua- ban el Clima y la Orientación motivacionales.Se concluye que los jugadores más jóvenes presen- tan un perfil diferente al resto de las categorías.
其他摘要：The present study aimed to acquire knowledge regarding levels of Motivational Climate and Orientation, Sports Commitment, Perception of Control and Burnout in young football players, and to analyze the differences between diverse categories. The Perceived Motivational Climate Questionnaire (PMCSQ-2), Perception of Success Questionnaire (POSQ), the Sports Commitment Questionnaire (SCQ), and a set of items to assess the perception of control were administered to 98 masculine football players a club associated to the Uruguayan Football League. Burnout was evaluated through the Sportsmen Burnout Inventory (IBD). Results showed that 75 % of the players evaluated scored somewhat ambiguously in the IBD, yet being the dimension of Emotional Depletion the one in which they scored the highest. The youngest football players showed a higher perception of control of an overcoming difficulty, as well as in some dimensions of the Sports Commitment. No differences were found between categories in the dimensions of Motivational Climate and Motivational Orientation. We may the- refore conclude that the youngest player’s profile differs from the remaining categories.
