摘要：A relação entre a consciência fonológica e a aprendizagem da linguagem escrita em crianças com Síndrome de Down tem sido relatada por pesquisas brasileiras nos últimos anos. Este estudo teve por objetivo apresentar os resultados da investigação de teses, dissertações e artigos científicos que abordaram esta temática no período de 1999 a 2011, disponíveis nas bases de dados Lilacs, Scielo e Banco de Teses do Portal Capes. Para a realização das buscas foram utilizadas as expressões “síndrome de down” conjuntamente com “leitura e escrita”, “consciência fonológica”, “alfabetização fônica”, “fonologia”, “habilidades metafonológicas” e nos trabalhos identificados pelo título e/ou palavras-chave foram analisados os textos. A partir dos resultados encontrados, foram identificadas 3 dissertações e 1 tese defendidas em programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação, Linguística, Psicologia e Educação Especial. Também foi possível localizar 5 artigos, publicados nas revistas: CEFAC, Psicologia: Reflexão Crítica, Pró-Fono: Revista de Atualização Científica. Concluiu-se que todos os estudos apontaram a existência de uma relação positiva entre o desenvolvimento da consciência fonológica e a aprendizagem da leitura e escrita em indivíduos com Síndrome de Down. Porém, as pesquisas sobre a temática ainda são pouco numerosas e recentes, sobretudo, as que avaliam a aplicação de programas de intervenção.
其他摘要：The relationship between phonological awareness and the learning written language in children with Down syndrome has been reported by Brazilian research in recent years. This paper aims to present the research results of theses, dissertations and scientific papers that addressed this issue during the period between 1999 and 2011, available in the databases Lilacs, Scielo and CAPES Theses Bank. The search was conducted using the expressions “down syndrome” together with “reading and writing”, “phonological awareness”, “phonic literacy”, “phonology”, “metaphonological skills”, and the texts of the studies identified by title and/or keyword were analyzed. Considering the results found, three doctoral dissertations and one masters’ theses defended in post-graduate programs in Education, Linguistic, Psychology and Special Education were identified. It was also possible to find five articles published in the journals: CEFAC, Psicologia: Reflexão Crítica, Pró-Fono: Revista de Atualização Científica. It is concluded that all of the studies showed the existence of a positive relationship between the development of phonological awareness and the learning of reading and writing in individuals with Down syndrome. However, there are still few and recent studies examining the topic, especially in regard to the assessment of the implementation of intervention programs.
