摘要：Las herencias de la represión estatal durante los años de la última dictadura constituyeron uno de los principales desafíos para la dirigencia política argentina desde el retorno democrático. Muchas de las ideas que poblaron los discursos políticos fueron enunciadas previamente por los obispos argentinos. Sandrine Lefranc le atribuye a la Iglesia argentina la elaboración de "una doc- trina de la reconciliación", explícitamente dis- ponible para su traducción política, si no jurí- dica. Esta imagen debe ser complej izada con la incorporación de otras voces que dentro del Episcopado plantearon una caracterización dife- rente de lo que debía ser la reconciliación. Estos serán los ejes a través de los cuales se aborda- rán los posicionamientos de los obispos frente a los procesos de enjuiciamiento de militares ini- ciados en 1984.
其他摘要：The legacy of state repression during the years of the last dictatorship poned one of the main challenges for Argentinean political leaders after the return to democracy. Many of the ideas included in political speeches had previously been expressed by Argentinean bishops. San- drine Lefranc credits the Argentinean Church with drawing up a "doctrine of reconciliation", explicitly available for its translation into both politics and law. The complexity of this image must be increased through the incorporation of other voices within the episcopacy that provided a different perspective on what rec- onciliation should involve. These are the main themes that will be used to analyze the bishops' position on the trials of the military begun in 1984.
