摘要：El δíκαιον φύσει (derecho natural) es un problema siempre pre- sente en la discusión jurídica, básicamente porque hace referencia al posible vínculo entre ética y derecho. Según esto, el presente trabajo examina los principales tópicos del iusnaturalismo clásico, específicamente en Aristóteles y Santo Tomás. Ello se apoya en dos ideas principales: la posibilidad de fundamentar una physis como norma del actuar, y la configuración del problema de la justicia como un problema ético, y no puramente legal-positivo.
其他摘要：δíκαιον φύσει (Natural Law) is an issue that is always present in legal debate, basically because it refers to the possible link between Ethics and Law. This paper examines the main topics of classic iusnaturalism, specifically in Aristotle and St. Thomas. This is based on two main ideas: the possibility of founding a physis as a rule of behaviour and the configuration of the problem of jus- tice as an ethical issue instead of a purely legal-positive problem.
