摘要：En el Perú, el 2006 fue un año electoral. A lo largo de éste se renovó a todas las autoridades cuya designación depende de elecciones populares. El hecho más resaltante fue el triunfo de Alan García en las elecciones presidenciales, así como el sorprendente auge y posterior desplome del candidato antisistema, Ollanta Humala, entre la elección presidencial de abril y las regionales y municipales de noviembre. El discurso anti-sistema y la imagen de autoridad que proyectó el capitán en retiro Ollanta Humala concitó un amplio apoyo electoral, cuya distribución geográfica puso en evidencia algunos de los clivajes sociales que atraviesan al país. Estos resultados hicieron que se pusiera como tema central en la agenda política el tema de la inclusión social. Sin embargo, la debilidad de la oposición al gobierno de García ha hecho que ese tema se vaya disipando, aunque las razones de fondo que ameritarían su presencia sigan presentes.
其他摘要：2006 was a year of elections in Peru; Peruvians elected all their popular elected authorities. The most important outcome was the election of Alan García as President, and the surprising rise and fall of the outsider candidate Ollanta Humala, between the April presidential election and the November regional and municipal elections. The anti-system discourse and the authority figure that Humala projected gained an important popular support, whose geographical distribution revealed the cleavages present in Peruvian society. Those results put in agenda the problem of social inclusion. However, the weakness of the opposition to the García government has weaken the importance of this issue, despite the fact that the problems that explain it are still in place.
