摘要：Con el presente artículo ofrecemos una aproximación al concepto de interacción y la comunicación a través de la red. Para ello, planteamos las diferencias y similitudes entre la interacción presencial y la virtual, así como aquellos aspectos relacionados con las variables críticas en los procesos de e-interacción. Por otro lado, se realiza un exhaustivo análisis sobre la utilización didáctica en la interacción a través de la red de las diferentes herramientas de comunicación disponibles para ello, y qué elementos condicionan el rol del tutor virtual como facilitador de la interacción online, para finalizar con la exposición de las diferentes propuestas generadas -modelos y ejemplos- para el análisis del discurso en la interacción en red.
其他摘要：With the present article offer an approach to the interaction concept and the online communication. For it, will see the differences and similarities between the present interaction and the virtual one as well as those aspects related with the critical variables in the e-interaction processes. On the other hand, it’s carried out an exhaustive analysis on the didactic use in the interaction online of the different available communication tools for it, and what elements they condition the virtual tutor’s roles as facilitator of the online interaction, to conclude with the exhibition of the different generated proposals - models and examples - for analysis of the discourse in the interaction in net.
