摘要：En este trabajo se presentarán investigaciones con modelos animales y humanos que indagan sobre la existencia de paralelismos conductuales, fisiológicos y neurales entre el dolor físico y su anticipación (miedo y ansiedad) y el dolor psicológico y social y su anticipación (pérdida total o parcial de incentivos o cambios negativos para acceder a ellos). La mayor parte de las evidencias confirman que los efectos conductuales y mecanismos psicofisiológicos y neurales de ambos fenómenos son análogos, aunque algunas investigaciones recientes no muestran una completa identidad.
其他摘要：In this paper we present research with animal and human models that probe the existence of parallels behavioral, physiological and neural between physical pain (fear and anxiety) and social and psychological pain (total or partial loss of incentives or negative changes to access them). The bulk of evidence confirms that the neural and psychophysiological mechanisms of both phenomena are similar, although some recent research not shows complete identity.
