摘要：Pretendemos dar a conocer el estudio realizado en el curso 2008/09 sobre el nivel de formación que existe entre el profesorado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) para afrontar situaciones de Bullying . Este tipo de problemas se extiende a lo largo de todo nuestro sistema educativo, sin embargo en la etapa de Secundaria aumentan dado que se unen las “características” propias de la adolescencia. Ante situaciones de Bullying existe un protocolo que guía la actuación del profesorado ante este tipo de casos, sin embargo éstos carecen de respuestas ante los pequeños incidentes que se producen en el día a día de la vida escolar, y que se obvian por considerarse que son leves y se les resta importancia. Sin embargo, debemos concienciarnos que ningún acto que cause daño es leve, sobretodo para quien lo padece. Desde hace algún tiempo se están introduciendo planes, programas y estrategias dirigidas a la prevención e intervención ante situaciones de Bullying, así como de promoción de la convivencia escolar. Sin embargo consideram os que para que el profesorado acepte y se implique en la puesta en marcha de estas medidas deben ser capaces de reconocer su nivel de formación para en el caso de precisarlo, formarse con el fin de prevenir e intervenir en aquellos acontecimientos diarios de sus aulas y del centro educativo que potencian el Bullying.
其他摘要：We intend to publicize the study conducted in the 2008-2009 academic year on the level of training on skills to confront bulling amongst teachers in Obligatory Secondary Education. These kinds of problems exist throughout the educational system, however, in high school they increase given the characteristics of adolescence. There is a protocol that guides faculty actions when they are faced with bullying situations; however, this does not offer the answers needed for the small, daily incidents that occur in school life. These incidents are disregarded, for they are considered trivial and unimportant. But rather, we should be aware that no harmful act is trivial, especially for those who endure it. For some time now, plans, programs, and strategies have been introduced towards prevention of bullying and intervention, in order to improve the school convivence. Nevertheless, we believe that if teachers are to become involved in the implementation of these methods, they should be capable of recognizing their level of training and be willing to be trained, with the ultimate goal of preventing or intervening in those daily events in their classrooms and school that lead to bullying.
