摘要：Este estudio analiza de forma descriptiva la evolución de las demandas de apoyo psicológico y psicoeducativo que los alumnos solicitan al servicio de asesoramiento psicológico de la universidad de Alicante. Se examina el tipo de apoyo solicitado y su relación con el género, titulación y curso académico de los estudiantes. Participaron 2643 alumnos de la universidad de Alicante que solicitaron ayuda psicoeducativa en el Centro de Apoyo de esta universidad entre el año 1998 y el 2008. Los resultados indican que el número de demandas de apoyo ha aumentado significativamente en los años analizados. La demanda de apoyo más solicitada fue de apoyo psicológico. Asimismo, se observaron diferencias en el tipo de apoyo solicitado en función del género, curso y titulación de los alumnos. Nuestros resultados muestran un incremento en cada curso de alumnos que demandan atención no sólo relacionada con el ámbito académico sino con la atención psicológica. Ello, sugiere la importancia que adquiere este servicio para los alumnos de la universidad.
其他摘要：This study analyses, in a descriptive way, the evolution of the demands for psychological and educational support, which University of Alicante students seek at their university’s counseling service, and the relation of those demands with gender, degree and semester in which the student is enroled, within a sample of 2643 students.The participants in the study had sought psychological and educational support from the Counseling Services of the University between 1998 and 2008. The results show a significant increase in the number of psychological and educational demands for support in the analyzed years, with a higher demand for psychological advice. Differences were observed in the type of demand, according to gender, semester and degree. Our results show a rise in the number of students requiring not only educational advice but also psychological support in each semester, which emphasizes the importance acquired by this service at the university.
