摘要：En este trabajo reportamos los resultados de una investigación realizada en torno a la formación de profesionales de la educación en una universidad pública. Se muestra que los formandos del último semestre de cinco carreras consideran que los rasgos generales de la ética de un universitario se configuran fuera de la universidad y con la ayuda de otros. El análisis del discurso de profesionales recién egresados de esas mismas carreras revela que algunos de los rasgos generales del ethos profesional se configuran en procesos de coformación, al margen del dispositivo universitario. Se expone cómo pasan de la eticidad inmediata a la determinación de algunos principios morales, y se muestra que ni en la Universidad ni en el seno del grupo de referencia, el estudiante configura una phrónesis profesional que le permitiría resolver con equidad los problemas de la profesión.
其他摘要：In this paper, we report the results of an investigation on the training of education professionals at a public university. Students in their last semester in five different programs felt that the overall elements of university students ethics are created outside the university, and with the help of others. An analysis of the discourse of professionals recently graduated from the same programs showed that some of the overall elements of professional ethos are established in parallel education processes that take place outside the university. The study showed that they transition from immediate ethics to the definition of certain moral principles, and that the students do not establish a professional phronesis, whether in the university or in the heart of their reference group, that would enable them to equitably solve their professional problems.
