摘要：El interés del autor se dirige a efectuar el examen detallado de los cambios deparadigmas de comprensión, fines y medios para ella, en dos ejemplos históricosconcretos sucedidos en el siglo XVII: la ciencia y el derecho. Ambos ejemplos se con-ciben como estudios de caso, cuya utilidad aquí es la de responder a la pregunta:¿cómo y por qué cambia la gente sus estándares epistémicos?.
