Para María Zambramo siempre habrá un extranjero con quien combatirá y se defenderá el pensamiento filosófico. La disyunción asegura una identidad frágil, permanentemente en crisis, siempre en peligro de verse acaparada, reducida, sofocada por la otra sabiduría.
