标题：LAS FORMAS DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y GESTIÓN EN EMPRESAS AGROPECUARIAS PAMPEANAS: ESTUDIO DE CASO DE GRANDES UNIDADES EN EL NOROESTE DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES
摘要：El agro pampeano ha experimentad o una serie de transformaciones qu e, en las últimas décadas, ha cobrado mayor impulso y notoriedad . Entre estos cambios podemos señalar las cuestiones referidas a las formas sociales de producción y gestión dentro del sector. Sobre esta cuestión, diversos autores han dado cuenta de cómo se han introd ucido nuevos agentes, otros han desaparecido y otros reconvertido. En este sentido, se han de sarrollado investigacione s sobre qué sucede con diversos tipos de empresas a nivel de organización del trabajo y gestión, con el fin de dar cuenta de la complejidad las unidades productivas en la actu alidad. Teniendo en cuenta estas cuestiones, en el presente artículo se propone abordar el perfil de empresas agropecuarias de tamaño medio- grande, tomando como casos de estudio un conjunto reducido de explotaciones del norte-noroeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires. A partir de la consideración de estas unidades, se comparará el perfil teniendo en cuenta el origen, las formas de producción y los tipos de vínculos entre los sujetos al interior de las empresas. Con ello se reflexionará sobre las formas tradicionales y otras novedosas entre los estratos más grandes de explotaciones agropecuarias.
其他摘要：The kind of organization and mana gement in pampeanas agricultural companies: study of case of big productive units in the northwest of the province of Buenos Aires. The Pampean agriculture has undergone a series of transformations in recent decades, have gained momentum and notoriety. Among these changes we can identify issues re lated to the social forms of production and management within the sector. On this issue, se veral authors have noticed how new agents have been introduced, others have disappeared and others converted. In this sense, we have conducted research on what happens to all kinds of enterprise-level organization of work and management in order to account for the complexity of the produc tion units today. Considering these issues, this article attempts to address the prof ile of agricultural enterprises of medium-large size, taking as a case study a small group of productive units north- northwest of the province of Buenos Aires. From the consideration these units, will be compared of the profile taking into account the origin, production methods and the types of links between subjects within companies. This will reflect on traditional and other forms among the largest strata of productive units agrarian.
