摘要：La comunicación entre los Andes venezolanos con las riberas lacustres, se cimentó durante centurias sobre complejas redes de conexión entre centros de producción y acopio, con los puertos de la Laguna de Maracaibo mediante vías terrestres y fluviales. La estructuración vial se activó, originalmente, por el abastecimiento local en la cuenca lacustre sostenido desde tiempos precolombinos y, posteriormente, por el comercio agroexportador iniciado con la colonia, continuando en períodos republicanos hasta las primeras décadas del siglo XX, tomando nuevas formas y direcciones a partir de la explotación petrolera. Este trabajo se propone analizar y comprender la lógica de las vías y recursos de comunicación, dentro de la dinámica histórica de la región, como parte de una propuesta metodológica que pretende llamar la atención sobre la relación determinante entre los procesos de poder y la materialización de los intereses cristalizada en medios, vías y formas de comunicación entre localidades.
其他摘要：The communication between Venezuelan Andean areas with the lacustrine shore was established for centuries on complex communication nets, linking centers of production and collection with the ports of the Lagoon of Maracaibo through of terrestrial and fluvial routes. The vial structure was activated, originally, by the local supply in the lacustrine basin supported since pre-Columbian time, and after, by the trade agro-exportation initiated in the colonial time, continuing in republican periods until the first decades of the XX century, to take new forms and directions from the petroleum exploitation. This work proposes to analyze and to understand the logic of the routes and resources of communication, inside the historical dynamics of the region, as part of a methodological proposal that it tries to call the attention on the determining relation between the processes of powers and the materialization of the interests crystallized in ways, routes and forms of communication between localities.
