摘要：Renovador das instituições, fundador da V República (1958), o general de Gaulle foi também o reformador do sistema educativo francês, num momento em que todas as tentativas precedentes de reformas desde 1945 não tinham sido bem sucedidas. Ele tentou impor um novo paradigma centrado na 'massificação'/selecção, e principalmente articulado - embora de maneira implícita - com a teoria económica do capital humano, largamente difundida a nível internacional. O artigo examina a política escolar posta em prática nesta base (com diferentes ministros da Educação e vários conselheiros influentes) durante dez anos (1958-1968). Se esta política teve sucesso na democratização da selecção, o que constitui um inegável progresso em termos de justiça e de igualdade inicial das oportunidades, ela não foi bem sucedida em grande parte na democratização do sucesso escolar (oportunidade de acesso dos mais desfavorecidos aos graus mais prestigiantes).
其他摘要：Reformer of institutions, founder of the 5th Republic (1958), the general de Gaulle was also the reformer of the French educational system, at a moment when all the previous attempts of reforms since 1945 had failed. He tried to impose new one paradigm centred on principles of 'massification' / selection, and mainly articulated - although in a rather implicit way - in the economic theory of Human Capital, widely spread at the international level. The article examines the school policy organized on this base (with various ministers and several influential advisers) during ten years (1958-1968). If this policy succeeds in the democratization of the selection, what constitutes an unmistakable progress in terms of justice and initial equality, it fails largely in the democratization of the success at school (chances of access of the most discriminated pupils to the most prestigious sectors).
