摘要：En este artículo presentamos la Oficina OCW de la Universitat de València atendiendo al contexto general de aparición y sus características específicas. En primer lugar, contextualizamos el Open Course Ware en el ámbito de los movimientos Open y repasamos algunas de sus iniciativas. Después nos centramos en la caracterización de los usuarios/destinatarios prototípicos del OCW como “nativos digitales”, atendiendo a la distinción de dos modelos epistemológicos: la inteligencia colectiva (nativos) y el paradigma del experto (inmigrantes digitales), algunas de cuyas premisas básicas se explican solamente por la aparición de las tecnologías digitales. Tras esta contextualización teórica, exponemos las características que definen el proyecto OCW de la Universitat de València.
其他摘要：Abstract In this paper we present the OCW Office of the University of Valencia attending to the general context of appearance and its specific characteristics. First, we frame the Open Course Ware in the field of the Open movements and check some of their initiatives. Later on, we attend to the characterization of the archetypical users / addressees of the OCW as “digital natives”, attending to the distinction of two epistemological models: the collective intelligence (natives) and the paradigm of the expert (digital immigrants); some basic premises of these models are just explained by the coming out of digital technologies. After this theoretical contextualization, we expose the characteristics that define the project OCW at the University of Valencia.
