摘要：El objetivo principal de este trabajo consiste en analizar los efectos y las implicaciones de las decisiones y políticas gubernamentales sobre la producción primaria, la transformación agroindustrial, la comercialización/distribución, el abastecimiento alimentario y las importaciones de bienes agroalimentarios, durante el lapso comprendido entre 2003 y 2012. En concordancia con el proceso metodológico, este trabajo incluye las implicaciones de la intervención del gobierno respecto a la producción, el abastecimiento, la escasez, la inflación, el comercio exterior y; tan-gencialmente, los hechos relacionados con la esfera política e institucional.
其他摘要：The main purpose of this study is to analyze the effects and the implications of the decisions and governmental policies on primary production, the agro industrial transformation, the commercialization/distribution, the food supply and the imports of agro food goods, between 2003 and 2012. In conformity with the methodological process, this work includes the implications of the intervention of government with regard to the production, the supply, the shortage, the inflation, the exterior trade and, tangentially, the facts related to the political and institutio-nal sphere.
