摘要：Neste texto discute-se a questão da dinâmica do saber em contexto de trabalho a partir de uma investigação etnográfica realizada junto de técnicos de educação de adultos de uma associação de desenvolvimento local. Mais concretamente, abordam-se três processos: a construção e a reconstrução do saber; os seus diferentes tipos de transferências; e a sua dimensão temporal. Os resultados mostram que o processo de construção e reconstrução assenta na experimentação, na reflexão e na negociação de sentido realizado pelos membros da equipa técnica. As transferências de saber ocorrem de fora para dentro do local de trabalho e dentro do próprio contexto de actuação. Estas transferências estão, normalmente, ligadas ao fazer e ao momento do fazer. Esta é, sem dúvida, outra das principais características do saber deste contexto. Portanto, o saber está intimamente relacionado com a dimensão temporal do fazer.
其他摘要：In this text the question of knowledge dynamics in a working context is discussed. It is based on an ethnographic research carried out together with technicians in adult education, who belong to an association of local development. In this process three steps are analysed: the building and rebuilding of knowledge, their different types of transferences and their temporal dimension. The results show that the process of building and rebuilding is based on experimentation, reflection and negotiation of meaning carried out by members of the technical team. The transferences of knowledge take place from the outside to the inside of the working place and within the acting context itself. These transferences are, usually, linked to the doing and to the moment of doing. This is, no doubt, other of the main characteristics of knowledge in this context. We may, therefore, conclude that knowledge is closely linked to the temporal dimension of doing.
