摘要：Este artigo analisa a reestruturação da educação superior a partir de documentos internacionais orientadores dos modelos e das reformas que atualmente estão se configurando. A investigação está centrada nos diagnósticos da crise, nos desafios contemporâneos, nas missões e nas alternativas de solução apontadas, indicando que há uma certa padronização nas políticas de educação superior numa sociedade do conhecimento e num mundo globalizado, competitivo e em permanente transformação, o que tem substrato nas reformas que estão sendo implementadas em diferentes países da América Latina.
其他摘要：The present article analyses the higher education restructuring process through international documents that guide the models and reforms currently being developed. The investigation is focused on the crisis diagnoses, on the contemporary challenges, on the missions and on the proposed alternative solutions, pointing out that there is a kind of standardization in higher education policies in a society of knowledge and in a competitive and globalized world permanently changing. This process underlies the reforms that are being implemented in different Latin American countries.
