摘要：La vivienda en Dajla se ha erigido en un sector estratégico para los poderes públicos marroquíes. Se trata de un sector con una fuerte implicación de instituciones centrales, y con un nivel alto de subvención por parte del Estado, fundamentalmente. La evolución de las decisiones en materia de viviendas que Marruecos ha implementado en la región más meridional del Sáhara Occidental revela cambios importantes en los beneficiarios de las mismas. Dichos cambios se sustentan en las profundas mutaciones demográficas que ha experimentado la región y ponen de relieve un reajuste en la estrategia marroquí de distribución de bienes entre los diferentes colectivos que cohabitan hoy en el territorio disputado.
其他摘要：Housing in Dakhla has emerged as a strategic sector for the Moroccan public authorities. It is basically an industry with a strong involvement of central institutions and a high level of state subsidy. The evolution of housing-related decisions implemented by Morocco in the most southern region of the Western Sahara reveals significant changes in the targeted beneficiaries. These variations derive from the deep demographic changes undergone by the region and highlight a readjustment in the Moroccan strategy for the distribution of goods among the different groups which coexist nowadays in the disputed territory.
