摘要：La cohesión partidista es un fenómeno importante en el estudio de los sistemas políticos. De igual manera, los niveles de cohesión importan porque proporcionan información acerca del funcionamiento de las legislaturas y su interacción con el Poder Ejecutivo. Este artículo busca indagar sobre la conducta que presentaron los Diputados de los tres partidos más relevantes en México (PRI, PAN y PRD) a lo largo de tres periodos Legislativos (1997-2000, 2000-2003 y 2003-2006). Mediante el análisis de las votaciones, el argumento central desarrollado en este artículo es que los niveles de cohesión no sólo se ven afectados por variables del sistema político o el sistema de partidos, sino también por cuestiones de carácter coyuntural.
其他摘要：Party cohesion is an important phenomenon in the study of political systems. Levels of party cohesiveness are also important because they provide crucial information about how legislatures function and how they interact with the Executive. This paper seeks to investigate the behaviour presented by the deputies of the three relevant parties in Mexico (PRI, PAN and PRD) during three legislatives terms (1997-2000, 2000-2003 and 2003-2006). With the analysis of roll call data, the main argument developed in this article is that, the cohesion levels are not only affected by political system or party system variables, but also by moment variables.
