摘要：Este artículo de investigación aborda los efectos de la división sexual del trabajo sobre la creación de empleo por cuenta propia. Al respecto, nos preguntamos en qué medida se reproducen en este ámbito las desigualdades de género que caracterizan las relaciones de empleo por cuenta ajena. Los objetivos son analizar la trayectoria laboral de hombres y mujeres a fin de observar los desencadenantes de la ocupación por cuenta propia e indagar acerca de las relaciones entre trabajo productivo y trabajo reproductivo en el marco de la empresa familiar. Acotamos la investigación, por un lado, en el ámbito rural, en el que nos centramos específicamente en pequeños establecimientos de turismo rural conocidos como casas rurales. Por otro, en el sector de servicios empresariales situados en ámbito urbano.
其他摘要：This research article approaches the effects of the sexual division of labour on the creation of self-employment. In that regard, we ask to which extend gender inequalities in employment relationships reproduce in self-employment. The aims of this article are to analyse the job trajectory of men and women in order to identify the causes that induce people to self-employ and to investigate the relationships between productive and reproductive work in the family business. We narrow the research, on the one hand, to the rural environment in which we focus on small rural tourism settings known as farmhouses/rural homes. On the other, we focus on business services sector in the urban environment.
