摘要：El turismo como actividad económica presenta cada vez en mayor medida una nota-ble importancia en el ámbito local, aportando ingresos y empleo, además de servir como motor de desarrollo de otros sectores económicos, tales como la agricultura, la pesca, la artesanía, la construcción, el transporte, etc. Sin embargo, también es cierto que puede significar un factor desequilibrador e incluso tener un impacto negativo sobre el territorio, por lo que es preciso un debate sobre los problemas de su desarrollo. Existe en la actualidad una importante y valiosa literatura científica sobre el tema de la sosteni-bilidad del turismo, en la que se inspira este trabajo, intentando una aplicación en las labores de planificación de las ideas y fundamentos de la sostenibilidad en el municipio de Caldas de Reis (Pontevedra) con los datos del estudio realizado por los autores en el año 2003 para analizar un proyecto de desarrollo turístico en el área de influencia del municipio con fondos de la iniciativa europea Leader, y en el que se llevó a cabo un inventario y una auditoría de sostenibilidad de los recursos.
其他摘要：Tourism is an economic activity of increasing importance at local level in terms of income and employment. This activity becomes as well the engine behind the development of other economic sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, crafts, housing, transport, etc. However, tourism may become a factor leading to imbalances and even have a negative impact on the territory. Thus, a serious discussion about the problems derived of this activity must be fostered. At present the literature on the topic of sustainable tourism is vast and valuable. Such works lay the basis for this paper, where the authors try to apply the literature to the municipality of Caldas de Reis (Pontevedra) using the data collected by the authors for their study on the tourist development project of the influence area of the municipality. This study was carried out in 2003 with funding from the European Initiative Leader. An inventory and audit of the sustainability of the resources were undertaken as part thereof.
