摘要：En este trabajo se estudia la variación de la protección arancelaria gallega causada por la asunción de la política comercial común por parte del Estado español y su influencia en la evolución posterior del flujo importador de Galicia. La metodología permite calcular la variación de las tarifas arancelarias aplicadas a las principales importaciones gallegas, teniendo en cuenta su procedencia comunitaria o extracomunitaria. De este modo, se realiza un análisis detallado para 219 partidas arancelarias, las más relevantes en la corriente importadora gallega. Posteriormente, estas partidas son clasificadas en cinco grupos, según la mayor o menor alteración de su protección arancelaria entre los años 1985 y 2000. Por último, bajo la clasificación anterior, se comparan dichas modificaciones arancelarias con las variaciones del flujo importador gallego.
其他摘要：This paper deals with the changes in Galician tariff barriers produced by the Spanish assumption of the common commercial policy and its influence into the further evolution of Galician import flow. The methodology lets us calculate the variation of the tariffs applied to most significant Galician imports, distinguishing their intra or extra-EU origin. Therefor, we deeply analyse 219 headings, the most important in the Galician imports. Then, these headings are divided into five groups, according to the larger or smaller change in its tariff barriers from 1985 until 2000. Finally, following this classification, those tariff protection transformations and Galician import flow variations are compared.
