摘要：Para los economistas gallegos de los siglos XVIII y XIX, la precariedad del sistema de transporte terrestre era considerada como un obstáculo de primer orden en contra del crecimiento económico. Sus propuestas al respecto, sin embargo, no tuvieron ninguna trascendencia práctica. El círculo vicioso del atraso en que se hallaba sumergida la Galicia tradicional hacía ineficaz cualquier iniciativa reformista que no atacase directamente a su centro estructural, cosa que aquéllas no hacían. Para ello se hubiese requerido un contexto de expectativas económicas y un consenso social que la misma tradición diluía.
其他摘要：In the 18th and 19th centuries, Galician economist considered the precariousness of the land transportations system to be the main inhibiting economic development. However, their proposals in this regard had no practical transcendence. The vicious circle of backwardness, in which traditional Galicia remained submerged, meant that reformist initiatives that did not attack its structural nucleus, which they did not, were cut down. For this proposal of economic reform, a context of economic expectation and social consensus were required, possibly diluted by the tradition itself.
