摘要:Este artigo presenta o deseño e avaliación dunha experiencia innovadora nunha ma-teria da licenciatura de Administración e Dirección de Empresas mediante unha metodoloxía cooperativa. O obxectivo é motivar o alumnado e mellorar o seu rendemento académico a tra-vés de diversas formas de interacción, reducindo a asimetría no diálogo educativo e fomentan-do nos estudantes o desenvolvemento de calidades como a responsabilidade e o traballo en equipo. Entre as vantaxes do método destacamos a constatación empírica de que se logra un maior dominio de competencias cognitivas no curto e no longo prazo, un aumento das capaci-dades relacionadas coa interacción entre os compañeiros, o dinamismo da mecánica de traballo no proceso de aprendizaxe e o recoñecemento de que favorece o esforzo continuo.
其他摘要:The paper presents the design and evaluation of an innovative experience in a sub-ject of the Business administration degree, through a cooperative methodology. The objective is to motivate students and enhance their academic results through several interactive performan-ces that reduce asymmetry in educational dialogue and promote students aptitudes as accoun-tability and teamwork. Among the advantages of this method, we highlight the empirical verifica-tion that students achieve a greater mastery of cognitive skills, in the short and long term; they are increasingly more capable of interacting with other classmates; the dynamics of work beco-mes the mechanism of their learning process which provides them with recognition and encou-rages them to make continuous effort.
