摘要：O obxectivo deste traballo é analizar os efectos que a actual crise económica está producindo so- bre a distribución da renda en Galicia. Utilizamos tres variables clave: i) o ingreso dispoñible equivalente; ii) o ingreso dispoñible equivalente excluíndo as prestacións por desemprego, co obxecto de medir o efecto de tales prestacións; iii) o ingreso dispoñible equivalente incluíndo o aluguer imputado. Seleccionamos índices de desigualdade e pobreza de boas propiedades (Gini, Atkinson, Theil, FGT) e, tomando como base os mi- crodatos da Enquisa de Condicións de Vida (ECV) do Instituto Galego de Estatística (IGE), calculamos os niveis de desigualdade e pobreza e a súa variación entre os anos 2007 e 2010. Os resultados mostran que a poboación con menores ingresos diminúe a súa participación na renda total, o que nos indica que a crise está afectando máis aos máis pobres. Os índices de desigualdade e pobreza aumentan en xeral, e con máis intensidade ao excluír as prestacións por desemprego. A crise está modificando o mapa de pobreza en Galicia, desprazándoo das áreas interiores máis avellentadas (con pensións que actúan como escudo antipobreza) ás atlánticas con poboación máis nova e máis afectada polo desemprego.
其他摘要：The aim of this work is to analyse the effects that the current economic crisis is producing on the Galician income distribution. We use three key variables: i) household disposable income, ii) household disposable income excluding the provision by unemployment, to measure the effect of such provision, iii) hou- sehold disposable income including the imputed rent. We select inequality and poverty measures with good properties (Gini, Atkinson, Theil, FGT) and, using the Living Conditions Surveys (ECV) of the Galician Statistics Institute (IGE) as data base, we calculate inequality and poverty indexes and his variation between 2007 to 2010 year. The results show that the population with the lowest income diminishes his participation in the total income, what indicates us that the crisis is affecting more to the poorest. The inequality and poverty indexes increase in general, and with more intensity when excluding the provision by unemployment. The crisis is modifying the Galician poverty map, from the inner areas more aged (with pensions that work like antipoverty shield) to the Atlantic areas with younger population and more affected by the unemployment.
