摘要：El artículo acomete una reflexión teórica sobre el hábitat transitorio, para comprender los factores que determinan la necesidad de refugio provisional de los individuos, nacidas de la sostenibilidad, accesibilidad y calidad de vida. La atención se centra en interpretar en qué medida la temporalidad pertenece al habitar y cómo se relaciona el habitar con la transitoriedad. porque además se evidencia la necesidad de elaborar enfoques novedosos y menos convencionales para la vivienda temporal de emergencia, cuyos criterios teóricos son explorados para establecer condiciones de diseño en los alojamientos temporales. Los argumentos presentados son un peldaño que nos permitirá definir lineamientos e inferir algunas conclusiones acerca del tema del Hábitat en Riesgo, entendido como una necesidad de intervención académica.
其他摘要：This article undertakes a theoretical reflection on transitory habitat, to understand the factors that determine the necessity of provisional refuge of individuals, born of the sustainability, accessibility and quality of life. The attention is centred in interpreting to what extent the temporary belongs to the habitat and how the habitat is related to the transitory. In addition, the necessity is demonstrated to elaborate novel and less conventional approaches to temporary emergency housing, the theoretical criteria of which are explored in order to establish design conditions in temporary lodgings. The displayed arguments are a step that will allow us to define policies and to infer some conclusions about the subject of the Habitat in Risk, understood as a necessity of academic intervention.
