摘要：El fenómeno de la migración ilegal en México ha sido analizado y abordado desde varias décadas atrás a la fecha, pero a pesar de ese tiempo invertido no se ha llegado a una solución donde se atiendan las razones de demanda y expulsión. Esto debido a que existen razones más allá de las planteadas por los Estados involucrados, referidas al actual sistema económico capitalista, el cual basa su fortaleza en la producción y consumo, dándose la explotación del hombre por el hombre. Es por ello que a través de una Política Criminal, se puede trazar un nuevo enfoque; una perspectiva distinta para tratar de una manera integral, esas causas de inequidad social, que son las que influyen con mayor fuerza en la prolongación y perpetuación del fenómeno migratorio ilegal. Así pues, se sugieren una serie de propuestas en las que el Estado debe trabajar para garantizar el bienestar de su población.
其他摘要：The phenomenon of illegal immigration in México has been analyzed and considered since decades ago until nowadays, but despite the time invested there has not been given a real solution where the reasons of demands and expulsions are solved. This is because there are several reasons further more than raised until now by the involved Nations, concerning to the current economic system capitalistic, the one that base its strength in the production and consumption, giving the exploitation of the men by the men. This is the reason that throughout a Criminal Politic, can be design a new approach; a different perspective to work on an integral way to fight those causes of social inequity, that are the one that influence stronger in the prolongation and perpetuation of the illegal immigration. So, here are suggested a series of proposals in which the Nations have to work in order to guarantee the welfare of their population.
