摘要：Objetivo: Avaliar e ampliar o conhecimento dos pacientes sobre a hipertensão arterial, buscando orientá-los e estimulá-los ao uso correto dos medicamentos e à adesão a estilo de vida adequado, salientando a importância da atenção farmacêutica domiciliar no tratamento da doença. Métodos: Estudo prospectivo, experimental e longitudinal, realizado com 10 pacientes hipertensos de uma farmácia municipal, selecionados aleatoriamente. Dados sobre os hábitos de vida, medicamentos utilizados e resultados após a realização do estudo foram coletados mediante aplicação de formulários inicial e final. Os valores pressóricos dos pacientes na primeira e última semanas foram analisados, utilizando-se os testes T de Student (Bilateral) considerando ¿= 0,05 e ANOVA (Fator Único). Resultados: Observou-se redução de 9,89 % e 8,57 % nos valores da pressão arterial sistólica e pressão arterial diastólica, respectivamente, ocorrendo maior redução da pressão arterial (PA) entre a segunda e a quarta semanas. Os níveis da PA obtiveram menor desvio padrão no segundo mês, sugerindo maior estabilidade destes após a realização da pesquisa. Erros relacionados aos medicamentos foram corrigidos, conseguindo-se a redução gradual da PA de 7 pacientes, sem ocasionar mudanças na farmacoterapia. Os pacientes afirmaram se sentirem seguros, instruídos e motivados, sendo isso importante para uma maior adesão ao tratamento. Conclusão: O estudo sugere que a atenção farmacêutica domiciliar é importante para o acompanhamento do paciente hipertenso, pois diminui as variações dos níveis da PA, importante para sua segurança.
其他摘要：Objective: To evaluate and increase the knowledge of patients about hypertension trying to guide and motivate them for the correct use of medication and for the adherence to adequate health styles, pointing out the importance of pharmaceutical home care in the treatment of the illness. Methods: A prospective, experimental and longitudinal study held with 10 randomly selected patients from a municipal pharmacy. Data on life style, information concerning the used drugs and results after the accomplishment of the study were collected by the application of initial and final forms. The patients' pressure values in the first and last weeks were analyzed, using the Student's t-test (bilateral) considering ¿= 0.05 and ANOVA (Only Factor). Results: The reduction of 9.89 % and 8.57 % in the values of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and Diastolic blood pressure (DBP), respectively, were observed, occurring greater reduction of blood pressure (BP) between the second and fourth weeks. The levels of BP obtained smaller standard deviation in the second month, suggesting greater stability of these after the accomplishment of the study. Errors related to the medicines were corrected, achieving a gradual reduction of blood pressure of 7 patients, without causing changes in pharmacotherapy. The patients referred to feel safe, educated and motivated, being this important for a greater adherence to medication. Conclusion: The study suggests that pharmaceutical home care is important for monitoring the hypertension patient, since it decreases the variations of blood pressure, important factor for the patient's safety.
