摘要：En la actualidad, el ejercicio profesional de la docencia, en todos los niveles, requiere de competencia para hacer investigación educativa. Cumplir tal requerimiento exige el diseño de programas de formación específica, cuya implementación asegure la adquisición de conocimientos, la apropiación de conc eptos y el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas que permitan a los docentes la realización de estudios originales e innovadores, desde diferentes enfoques y perspectivas. Por tal motivo, en este ensayo se ofrecen las características y conceptos centrales de la perspectiva histórica cultural de la investigación educativa, destacando los siguientes principios: carácter sociogenético de la actividad cognitiva; valorización de los nexos causales efectivos asociados con el origen, las funciones y las transforma ciones relativas a los procesos socioeducativos investigados y reconocimiento de la necesidad de incorporarse a comunidades de investigadores activos, tomando en cuenta que investigar se aprende investigando con otros .
其他摘要：At present, more than in previous times, the professional exercise of teaching, in all levels, needs competition to do educational research. To fulfill such a requirement the design of programs of specific formation is demanded, which assure the acquisition of knowledge, the appropriation of concepts, and the development of skills that should allow the teachers to accomplish original and innovative studies, from different approaches and perspective s. In this essay, the characteristics and central concepts of the historical and cultural perspective of the educational research are mentioned. Among its principles the following stand out: sociogenetic character of the cognitive activity; appraisement of the causal effective links associated with the origin, the functions and the transformations relative to the socio - educational processes researched; and recognition of the need to join communities of active research, bearing in mind that research is learn ed investigating with others.
