摘要：El propósito de este artículo, es compartir algunas reflexiones en torno al papel que deben asumir los docentes y las docentes universitarios en su rol de líderes educativos, bajo una perspectiva ética de la docencia basada en la formación de valores, como pilares fundamentales para la vida en convivencia. A partir de una revisión bibliográfica, se obtuvo como resultado que el profesional en educación, como líder ético, debe fomentar en el ámbito superior, el aprendizaje social de valores como el respeto por los derechos humanos, la democracia, la tolerancia y la solidaridad, de manera que el aprendizaje conlleve a una convivencia pacífica, donde confluyan la adquisición de conocimientos y la formación responsable de la ciudadanía. En este sentido, el diálogo y la reflexión deben protagonizar el proceso educativo y trascender el entorno de los centros docentes, contando con la implicación de toda la sociedad: alumnado, profesorado y comunidad.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to share some reflections around the paper that the educational university professor should assume in role of educational leaders, under an ethical perspective of the teaching based on the formation of securities, as fundamental pillars for the life in coexistence. Starting from a bibliographical revision, it was obtained as a result that the educational one as leader ethical debit side to foment, in the superior environment, the social learning of securities as the respect of the human rights, the democracy, the tolerance and the solidarity, so that the learning bears to a coexistence pacific, where the acquisition of knowledge and the formation responsible for the citizenship converge. In this sense, the dialogue and the reflection they should to star in the educational process and to transcend the environment of the educational centres, having the implication of the whole community: pupil, faculty and community.
