摘要：Este trabajo explora las narrativas que el personal policial construye sobre su ingreso a la institución, entendiendo que estos relatos biográficos -lejos de ser un testimonio subjetivo- se encuentran atravesados y moldeados por el entorno del que el sujeto es parte. Se trata de entender que la narración de la propia vida se construye como un relato social, por medio del cual el individuo articula su historia personal con la historia grupal. Así, el relato biográfico opera como una metáfora de la trayectoria del grupo.
其他摘要：This article explores the narratives that police members build about their entry to the institution, understanding that those biographic stories are not subjective testimonies but stories molded by the environment in which the person is immersed. I propose that the account of the own life is build as a social story, by which the person coordinate its personal story with the story of the group. Thus, the life story functions as a metaphor of the group tradition.
