摘要：Esta investigación reporta los hallazgos preliminares encontrados mediante una encuesta sobre práctica docente en la que participaron 38 profesores de tres Instituciones Formadoras y Actualizadoras de Docentes (IFAD ́s) del estado de Durango. Desde las declaraciones que hicieron los formadores de maestros, se alcanza a advertir en sus percepciones una tensión entre la apreciación complaciente sobre su propia práctica docente y los escasos espacios que las IFAD ́s presentan para la reflexión colectiva.
其他摘要：This research reports the preliminary findings found through a survey on teacher practice attended by 38 teachers from Institutes of Teaching Training and Updating (IFAD ́s by their acronym in Spanish) at Durango State. From the answers made by teacher trainer, it is reached to perceive a tension between complacent appreciation about their own practice and the few spaces that have normal schools for collective reflection.
