摘要：El presente documento es producto de un trabajo de investigación realizado sobre la relación maestro alumno, y cómo influye ésta en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes del bachillerato universitario. Como parte de los resultados se encontró que el tipo de relación que el maestro lleva a cabo con sus alumnos, es una relación basada en la cordialidad y el respeto, en el que el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje se da en el marco de un simple encuentro de ambos agentes en el salón de clases. Los principales factores que obstaculizan la relación maestro alumno son: las características personales de los sujetos que participan en el proceso, el interés, la disposición y el compromiso que tanto alumnos como docentes deben de tener hacia el acto educativo, los grupos numerosos, la poca motivación que recibe el alumno de su maestro, entre otros.
其他摘要：This document is the result of a research conducted on teacher-student relationship, and how it influences learning in college students high school. As part of the results found that the type of relationship that the teacher performs with his students, is based on friendliness and respect relationship, in which the process of earning occurs in the context of a simple game of both agents in the classroom. The main factors impeding the student teacher ratio are the personal characteristics of the subjects participating in the process, interest, willingness and commitment that students and teachers should have toward the educational act, numerous groups, poor motivation that the student receives from his teacher, among others.
