摘要：El objetivo de este estudio es dar atención a todo paciente con problemas de obesidad severa o mórbida de manera interdisciplinaria, considerándola como una enfermedad la cual genera o agrava otras enfermedades como son la hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus, infarto del miocardio, hemorragia o trombosis cerebral, insuficiencia respiratoria aguda o crónica, insuficiencia venosa, deformidad de articulaciones, cáncer de mama y de endometrio, cáncer de próstata, infertilidad, depresión. Tomando en cuenta que es la segunda enfermedad crónica después de la hipertensión en nuestro país; la segunda enfermedad después del tabaquismo en Estados Unidos y en la actualidad la segunda enfermedad crónica en el mundo. En México, la Norma Oficial Mexicana menciona que los pacientes con obesidad severa o mórbida, pueden someterse a cirugía Bariátrica en los hospitales del Sector Salud que cuenten con el equipo adecuado. Así mismo, se sabe que gracias a las intervenciones quirúrgicas en el individuo con obesidad severa o mórbida, se modifica la historia de padecimientos graves como hipertensión arterial, hiperglicemia, hiperlipidemia, hipertrigliciridemia, asi como insuficiencia cardiaca, insuficiencia respiratoria, esteatosis hepática y otras. Las disciplinas involucradas en el estudio y tratamiento quirúrgico de la obesidad son las siguientes: § Cirugía Bariátrica § Cardiología/Medicina Interna. § Nutrición. § Psicología/Psiquiatría. § Anestesiología. § Enfermería § Trabajo social
其他摘要：The objective of this study is to give the service to all the patients with a severe obesity in an interdisciplinary way, considering it as an illness that causes or worsens other illnesses such as, arterial hypertension, mellitus diabetes, hemorrhage, brain hemorrhage, chronic and acute shortage of breath, cancer of prostate, infertility, depression. Taking into account that is the second chronic disease after the hypertension in our country, the second disease after smoking habits in United States, and nowadays, the second chronic disease in the world. In Mexico, the Mexican Official Standards mention that the patients with severe or morbid obesity, can undergo to a Bariatric Surgery in the hospitals of Health Sector that count with the right equipment. It is very well known that thanks to the operations of the people with morbid or severe obesity, the history of other diseases such as, hyperglycemia, arterial hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, shortage of breath, hepatic steatosis and others can be modified.
